This unique, off the grid, ground-up residence was designed with the help of an imaginative client who owns a firm that produces concept art for major motion pictures and software interfaces. The residence is intended to sit on the knoll and blend into the landscape. It is sited on one of the two prominent ridges that are encompased within the forty acre site. It is situated at the end of Hot Springs road just up the mountain ridge from downtown Montecito. The two bed, two full and two half bath main house includes a study, kitchen, indoor dining room, roof top garden with elevator access, two living rooms, pool, three car garage, and workshop.
