DESCRIPTION: 

The project consists of a new, ground-up children's museum in downtown Santa Barbara on the main commercial drag, State Street, three blocks form the ocean and Pier. the project will include several permenant and rotating displays and has a roof deck that will hold several outdoor installations. The building is a predominately two story building, 40 feet in height, with a small third story element (storage and restrooms, (536 net square feet, 45 feet height) with a total net floor area of 15,832 square feet (19,310 gross square feet). Currently this project is under construction.
