This 18 house development included the construction of 18 new homes on the Half Moon Bay, South of Dammam. These transitional homes had exterior styling in traditional spanish style while, including contemporary interiors. The plans included six (6), 350 m² 4br-4.5bth Type 'A' smaller villas and twelve (12), 450 m² 6br-6.5bth Type 'B' larger villas. Each Type included two facade options that potential buyers could choose from.
